The Corporate Social Responsibility Program has been developed since 2006. It began with a proposal set forth by Grupo Peñaflor together with other important companies in Argentina. Its main aim is to develop a net of companies which will encourage and follow up the working development of young people at social risk as a result of insufficient education or lack of working experience. Within this program, young people receive an education as well as the opportunity to begin practise in the company, transferring the knowledge acquired to the working scope.
By means of this initiative, Grupo Peñaflor offers certified, technical competences to young people, as well as a self-overcoming experience and personal growth. These positive features will allow them to begin their job search with working skills and a diploma that vouches for their technical competences, thus enhancing their chances of employment in the grape-growing labour market. |
