Once again, Finca Las Moras vineyards enologists’ team has managed to mesmerize wine lovers —particularly Dadá fans—, with the presentation of Dadá #391 Art White Malbec, ideal for an audience used to innovation and disruption from the “Varietals Art Line”, true to its passion for breaking all patterns, even wine’s.





We make wines that seek to take your senses by surprise. Challenging the traditional, we use different barrel toasting levels to highlight the different notes in each of our varietals. Being irreverent, daring, turning the ordinary into extraordinary: such is the proposal of each of Dada wines, the most complete Argentine wine line.





Departing from an immediate pressing to avoid pigmentation, we obtain a shiny wine with steely hues.  It has the freshness of a white wine, combined with the elegance and texture of the grapes that generated it, the best malbec grapes of Las Moras Vineyards. In the nose, delicate flower aromas are combined with red fruit such as raspberries and cherries conveyed by the malbec. 





Harvest is made by hand one month before the usual malbec harvest and then at the winery grapes are worked on immediate fermentation with yeast in stainless steel tanks over 15 days at 10º C , filtered and clarified to be finally bottled. 





This joint vineyard and winery work achieves a lower sugar concentration of 5 g/l, which implies a lower alcohol gradient of 12.0 %, and total natural acidity of 6.30 g/l to make of Dadá #391 Art White Malbec a wine of extremely high drinkability.





Ideal to go with a sunny day, Nikkei style dishes, salads or dry pasta. 

Recommended to be served between 5° and 9° C. Super chilly!
